THE QUOTE IS THE PRICE
The flat price we send you in writing is the price on the invoice. If the inventory changes on the day, we stop and you approve the difference in writing before we load.
STAIRS AND LAST-MINUTE
There is no travel fee inside Rhode Island. Stairs over two flights are $45 a flight, a move booked inside 48 hours is +25% and a Sunday is +50%. You are told that on the phone, before anyone drives.
PAYMENT
Card or bank transfer. Households pay on completion, businesses within 14 days. Materials are itemized on the quote and approved by you first.
DAMAGE COVER
Basic cover is 60 cents a pound by law, and we carry $100,000 of cargo insurance a load. Full-value protection is an option on the quote. A claim is answered in fourteen days.
CANCELLATION
Cancel free until the evening before. If the truck is already at your door, the first hour is charged.
