Nate Aldrich started with a used box truck and a flip phone. Twelve years later the flip phone is a dispatch board, the truck is a fleet of four, and the rule hasn’t changed: say the number first.
Everyone on the crew is background-checked, trained on stairs and insured. If we break something, we say so before you notice and the claim is settled in fourteen days, it says so on the invoice.
