WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, both addresses and whatever you told us about the move. That is what a crew needs to arrive at the right door with the right truck.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to send a flat price, to invoice, and to settle a claim if we break something. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The dispatcher, the crew on your move, and our accountant. We do not sell your number and we do not pass it to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for one year. Invoices and bills of lading for seven years, because the IRS and the PUC say so. After that they are deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to quotes@aldrichmoving.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
